1. Conditions for Eligibility
Refunds are available to clients who have availed any paid service from TaxSure within the past 30 days. Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
a. Commencement Delay
If the TaxSure team fails to initiate the assigned activity or service within 24 hours of receiving payment, you will be eligible for a full refund. We take service responsiveness seriously and aim to begin processing your request immediately.
b. Government Deadline Compliance
If we fail to complete the service within the timeline stipulated by the Government of India, particularly in cases such as Income Tax Return filing, compliance submissions, or response to notices, you are entitled to a full refund. We understand the critical importance of compliance deadlines and accept full responsibility if delays are on our part.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team via email at support@taxsure.in within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provide your registered email ID, order/invoice number, and a brief explanation referencing one of the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
- Share any relevant supporting documents or screenshots to help us assess your case quickly.
Our customer support team will review your request promptly and communicate the resolution clearly.
3. Refund Timeline
Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the original transaction. You will be notified by email once your refund has been initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- The service was already initiated and processed as per client instructions.
- Delay was due to incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client.
- The client did not respond or cooperate after service initiation.
- Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
